Mill Creek sold Modera Mineola in May of 2017 which was a 275-home Class A, market-rate apartment community that consisted of one five-story podium building on a two-acre in-fill site located in downtown Mineola, a Village in central Nassau County, Long Island. The building had five residential levels (in wood construction) over two and a half levels of garage parking.
