La Tour Fontaine in Houston’s Galleria neighborhood was acquired by Mill Creek Residential in August 2012 and sold in October 2014.

La Tour Fontaine was Class A community comprising 162 apartment homes in a core in-fill Houston Galleria location – one of the strongest rental markets in Houston. With easy access to the Galleria corridor and the Uptown Houston employment center, La Tour Fontaine offered one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with an average size of 1,051 square feet and a multi-level parking garage. Amenities included a fitness studio, pool with tanning deck, individual washers and dryers, and home finishes that included crown molding, upgraded cabinetry and granite countertops.

Upgrades to the community features included an all-new resident clubroom with coffee bar and complimentary WiFi. Upgrades to the apartment homes included granite counters, black-on-black appliances and wood plank-style flooring.
