Mill Creek sold Modera Hudson Riverfront in April of 2019 and is now named Apex Hudson Riverfront. Modera Hudson Riverfront consisted of 324 studio, one-, and two-bedroom luxury apartment homes, with an average home size of 950 square feet. The community was equipped with a double-height hotel-style lobby and clubroom, luxurious resident lounge, club-quality fitness center, business center with conference rooms, a rooftop sundeck with scenic views of the Hudson River, and interior landscaped courtyards with outdoor grills, fire pits and an expansive pool.

Modera Hudson Riverfront offered a wide array of deluxe amenities and palatial finishes, including wood plank-style flooring, soaking tubs, quartz countertops, valet dry cleaning, Energy Star stainless appliances, pendant lighting, tile backsplashes, all upgraded fixtures, custom 42” cabinetry, direct entry, nine-foot ceilings, and city, green space and water/ocean views.

The community was located near several major highways, including US Route 9, Interstate 87 and Interstate 95. A stone’s throw away from Manhattan, the community was situated near the Tappan Zee Bridge and the George Washington Bridge. Within a one-half mile radius of the community was a wide-variety of businesses, retail options and restaurants, including fine dining and a 24-acre office and technology park with over 800,000 square feet of space, called iPark Hudson.
