The community is designed to meet the standards of a Passive House Institute (PHI) Low Energy Building.

Situated at 4000 Mystic Valley Parkway, Modera Mystic is positioned within moments of the Meadow Glen shopping center and 62-acre Torbert Macdonald Park. The community is within a quick drive of Interstate 93 and Route 28, and a short walk from the Wellington Station stop on the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Orange Line.
