Stephen Prochnow is a partner and is the Executive Vice President of Property Management for Mill Creek Residential and serves on the Investment Committee. In his role, Mr. Prochnow is responsible overseeing the day-to-day operating performance of Mill Creek’s communities, assisting with community transactions, and pursuing operational goals that are designed to increase the value of Mill Creek’s communities.

Mr. Prochnow joined Mill Creek in 2012 as a Regional Manager and was rapidly promoted to the position of Vice President of Property Management for the Texas, Mountain, and Pacific Northwest regions. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Prochnow served as a Regional Director for Verde Realty. While with Verde, he was responsible for managing the operational activities of a portfolio of assets in Texas until the portfolio was sold. Prior to joining Verde Realty, he worked as a Regional Director for PRG Real Estate. Mr. Prochnow was responsible for day-to-day operations of a large, multi-state portfolio.

Mr. Prochnow holds a Masters of Real Estate from the University of Texas – Arlington and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of South Carolina.
