Aubrey Dym serves as Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition for the Texas Division of Single-Family Rentals. She is responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, entitlements, and all other pre-development activities in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin.

Before joining Mill Creek, Ms. Dym was the Vice President of Land Acquisition at Taylor Morrison Homes in Dallas-Fort Worth. Before that, she spent over nine years at Beazer Homes. While at Beazer, Ms. Dym spent over six years as Director of Land Acquisition for the Dallas-Fort Worth Division of Beazer and then three years as National Director of Land Acquisition for Beazer’s 55+ Gatherings brand. While in her Gatherings role, she was responsible for implementing the overarching land acquisition strategy and oversaw and reviewed all site selection, site planning, entitlements, underwriting, and new community operations through building start in nine Beazer markets, including Dallas, Houston, Nashville, the Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast. Before joining Beazer, Ms. Dym spent four years at Skorburg Company/Windsor Homes in Dallas, focused on Land Acquisition and home-building operations.

Ms. Dym has a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development from the University of Arizona.
