Billy Forge serves as Vice President of Construction for Mill Creek Residential’s Single-Family Rental platform in Florida. With over 20 years of experience in the residential construction industry, Mr. Forge has led high-performing teams across both the West and Southeast regions.

He began his career in Southern California, where he built homes for several prominent public homebuilders, including Lennar Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Toll Brothers. During his 16 years in the region, he developed deep expertise in production homebuilding and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Forge spent seven years at Landsea Homes, where he held multiple leadership roles in construction and corporate operations. In 2021, he and his family relocated to Florida, where he was tasked with overseeing construction operations for a newly acquired homebuilding company.

Mr. Forge holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and maintains general contractor licenses in both California and Florida.
