Chris Schramm serves as Managing Director of Development for Mill Creek’s Colorado region. His responsibilities include pursuing new development opportunities and managing all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, and eventual disposition of Mill Creek communities in Denver.

Mr. Schramm has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction and investment. Prior to joining Mill Creek, he was Development Director for RedPeak Properties, a multifamily developer in Denver. Previously he has worked for real estate companies in Colorado and Wisconsin and has developed multifamily, office, retail and mixed-use properties, with a focus on urban infill sites. His experience includes new construction, renovations and the adaptive reuse of historic structures, as well as acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing.

Mr. Schramm graduated from the University of Wisconsin with Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
