Fred Hood serves as Vice President of Development for the Arizona region. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the development process including site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, design, financing, and dispositions.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Hood spent several years in real estate development as a Development Director at Continental Properties, where he managed the acquisition, due diligence, design, and entitlement of over 2,000 multifamily units for the organization.

As a Senior Planner at Davidson Engineering, Mr. Hood led the firm’s planning department. Spending over a decade in the Southwest Florida market, Mr. Hood was responsible for the land use and zoning entitlement of every residential and non-residential development the firm saw during his tenure there.

Mr. Hood holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning and Design from the University of Cincinnati and is Certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners.
