Himanshu Brahmbhatt serves as Vice President of Development in Southern California. Mr. Brahmbhatt has more than 15 years of experience in real estate development and has been involved in development of over 2,950 multifamily homes throughout California.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Brahmbhatt was responsible for acquisition, entitlement, development, and sale of communities with for profit and nonprofit real estate companies. In addition, he has experience in renovation of over 1,100 apartment homes with construction in excess of $30 million, with duties including the coordination of due diligence with outside consultants, preparing budgets and phasing plan, schedules, scope of work, soliciting bids and awarding contracts, and managing day-to-day construction site activities.

Mr. Brahmbhatt holds a Master of Real Estate Development degree from Arizona State University.
