Lucas Sandidge serves as a Vice President of Development for Mill Creek Residential. Mr. Sandidge’s responsibilities include sourcing and overseeing new development opportunities for Mill Creek Residential in the Colorado region.

Mr. Sandidge joined Mill Creek Residential from AvalonBay Communities, where he served as a Development Manager and was involved in all aspects of the development process. Previous to his tenure at AvalonBay, Mr. Sandidge began his real estate development career with a private development firm in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Sandidge holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas State University. After serving several years as a United States Army Officer, he received his Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
