Meghan (Spencer) Caviness serves as Vice President of Asset Management for Texas and Colorado. Ms. Caviness holds asset management responsibilities within a blended portfolio of new development and value-add communities across her respective region. Her primary responsibility is to maximize community performance and drive investment value by working with development, acquisitions and property operations divisions to implement and execute on asset strategy.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Ms. Caviness served as Vice President of Asset Management with Waypoint Residential, where she was responsible for a portfolio of approximately 4,000 units across the Southeast, Midwest and Texas. Prior to joining Waypoint Residential, she was an Associate Vice President of Asset Management at Monogram Residential Trust.

Ms. Caviness earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oklahoma and Masters of Business Administration from University of Texas-Arlington.
