Nick Malpede serves as Assistant Vice President of Capital Markets for Mill Creek Residential. In this role, Nick is responsible for sourcing equity and negotiating term sheets for the company’s Single Family Residential (SFR) communities.

Mr. Malpede joined Mill Creek in October 2024. Prior to joining Mill Creek, he served as Vice President at Monday Properties, where he oversaw asset and investment management for the company’s office and multifamily portfolios.

Mr. Malpede holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
