Roger Sutton serves as Regional Vice President of Single-Family Rental Construction in Texas. Mr. Sutton has over 20 years of experience in the home building industry throughout North and Central Texas.

Prior to this role, Mr. Sutton served as Vice President of Construction for Trophy Signature Homes. During his time with Trophy Signature Homes, he grew the Dallas-Fort Worth construction operations from 33 closings in 2019 to over 1050 units in 2021. Prior to this role, he worked at Toll Brothers as a Senior Project Manager and helped lead Toll Brothers reemergence into the Austin market. Mr. Sutton has also worked in leadership capacities across Texas with roles at Meritage Homes as Vice President of Operations and Newmark Homes as Director of Supply Management.

Mr. Sutton graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Systems from University of North Texas.
