Scott Kirby serves as Vice President of Single-Family Rental Construction in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Kirby has worked in single-family homebuilding for 30 years, and began his career as a Construction Manager in Dallas.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Kirby spent time as an Area Construction Manager for Landon Homes. Prior to Landon Homes, he was Vice President of Construction for Skorburg Development, and a Project Manager for Weekley Homes for 15 years. Mr. Kirby has helped create two start up home construction businesses, and has also worked as an Operations Manager for Oil Field Construction with AOF Services.

Mr. Kirby attended Angelo State University and graduated with a B.S. in business management.
