Vice President - Construction
Tony Piscitello serves as Mill Creek’s Vice President of Construction in Portland, Oregon. Mr. Piscitello has over 30 years of construction management experience including over 2,600 multifamily homes in California and Oregon.
Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Piscitello was responsible for construction management of Holland Partner Group’s transit-oriented Orenco Station mixed-use development in Hillsboro, Oregon including over 900 apartment homes. Prior to that, Mr. Piscitello co-owned B&G Consultants in San Diego, California, where he was a Principal Project Manager of multi-family residential, healthcare, academic campus, office, retail, manufacturing, and industrial developments for various public, private, and institutional clients. After university he joined, Centex Golden Construction Company in San Diego, California, where he performed construction estimating on public and private projects, as well as project engineering and project management on One America Plaza (a Helmut Jahl designed) office tower, high-end office tenant improvements, and two public high schools. Mr. Piscitello began his construction career in the trenches as a laborer, a brick/stone mason, and capped out his field experience as a journeyman carpenter.
Mr. Piscitello holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.
