Apartments Jump Start the City of Alexandria’s Landmark/Van Dorn Small Area Plan


Alexandria, Va. – January 6, 2015 – Mill Creek Residential, a leading multifamily developer, investor and operator specializing in premier apartment communities across the U.S.,today announced the start of leasing at Modera Tempo, its newest Alexandria, Va., apartment community developed in a joint venture with AEW Capital Management.  AEW is developing the property on behalf of one of its institutional clients.
