Meet the Team
¹Our assets under management (“AUM”) of $10.7 billion, is calculated as of June 2023, and consists of real estate properties with respect to which we provide asset management, investment management and/or development services through managed accounts, investment funds, joint ventures or asset management arrangements. The AUM calculation includes: (i) arrangements for which we do not have discretionary authority, but for which we carry out accepted recommendations, and arrangements where we have discretionary authority and (ii) our interest and/or the interest of our affiliates in any real estate holding arrangement (e.g., as general partner, co-investor or joint venture partner) in addition to the interests of the other participants.
