ATLANTA – May 16, 2016 – Mill Creek Residential, a leading multifamily investor and operator specializing in premier apartment communities across the U.S., announces that the construction of Modera by Mill Creek – Sandy Springs is underway in the evolving Atlanta neighborhood of Sandy Springs.

Modera by Mill Creek – Sandy Springs broke ground in December 2015, with pre-leasing slated for early 2017, and initial move-ins targeting spring 2017.
