Mill Creek Announces Start of Preleasing of Modera Metro Dadeland
New Development Consists of 422 Apartment Homes, Prime Views and Amenities
MIAMI – June 1, 2017 – Mill Creek Residential, a leading multifamily investor and operator specializing in premier apartment communities across the U.S., today announced the start of preleasing at Modera Metro Dadeland, a 25-story apartment community located in the Dadeland submarket of Miami.
The community, slated to open late summer 2017, features 422 apartment homes and expansive views of the bay and the city. Located at 8215 SW 72nd Avenue, Modera Metro Dadeland I is in close proximity to many of the area’s primary thoroughfares, providing commuter-friendly access to various professional employment opportunities across the metropolitan area.
