222 upscale apartment homes add to metro D.C.’s thriving Mosaic District

FAIRFAX, Va. – April 3, 2018 – Mill Creek Residential, a leading multifamily investor and operator specializing in premier apartment communities across the U.S., today announced the grand opening of Modera Mosaic Phase II, a mixed-use apartment community in the upscale Mosaic District of Fairfax County.
