Development Community Adds 245 Apartment Homes to Rice Military/Washington Corridor


HOUSTON –  May 23, 2018 – Mill Creek Residential, a leading multifamily investor and operator specializing in premier apartment communities across the U.S., today announced the start of preleasing at Modera Shepherd, a luxury apartment community in the vibrant Rice Military/Washington Corridor of Houston.
