Memorial Drive’s newest retail and residential community slated for Fall 2020

 

ATLANTA (September 10, 2018) – Mill Creek Residential, a leading multifamily investor and operator specializing in premier apartment communities across the U.S., today announced that construction of Modera by Mill Creek – Reynoldstown has begun in Atlanta’s up-and-coming Reynoldstown neighborhood. Slated for delivery in September 2020, the mixed-use community broke ground in June at 780 Memorial Drive SE and will feature five stories comprised of 320 apartment homes with studio, one-, two- and three- bedroom offerings, in addition to 18,400 square feet of retail space on street level.

Located in a central area of the Reynoldstown neighborhood, the community’s walkability will continue to climb following the completion of the BeltLine and Atlanta Dairies projects, with already-popular destinations like the Grant Park Market, Ria’s Bluebird and the historic Oakland Cemetery situated only blocks away. The community will also be served by a 477-car, six-story parking deck and 24 surface spaces located throughout the site, allowing for ample resident, guest and retail parking access.

Within each apartment home, residents will enjoy modern-style architecture and luxe interior finishes, including trend-forward quartz countertops, oversized windows to maximize natural light, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Bathrooms will feature select matte black plumbing fixtures alongside backlit mirrors and floor-to-ceiling tiled showers, and living areas within each apartment will feature spacious work nooks, designed for the dual-purpose as an in-home wine bar for those keen on entertaining. Select homes within the community will boast expansive rooftop terraces, providing access to highly coveted, private patio space complete with aesthetic shade trellises. With most nearing 225 square feet, the terraces will measure similar in size to a standard deck of a private home.

The more community-centric amenities for Modera Reynoldstown residents will include a serene coworking lounge, sunken living room, package concierge and coffee bar on the main floor, in addition to a second-floor fitness studio, yoga room and spin mezzanine, complete with fitness-on-demand programming to accommodate an active lifestyle. Locally sourced artwork will adorn the walls of the community, ranging from custom murals to commissioned pieces from artists from or based in East Atlanta.
