ARLINGTON, Va., Dec. 9, 2020 — Mill Creek Residential, a leading multifamily investor and operator specializing in premier rental communities across the U.S., today announced the groundbreaking of a contemporary Modera apartment community in the heart of the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor in metropolitan Washington, D.C.
Situated at the corner of Washington Boulevard and N.
