Mill Creek is expanding its single-family, build-to-rent portfolio to North Texas with the development of Amavi Northwest Austin, a 144-townhome community in the northwest Austin/Round Rock metropolitan area.

Amavi Northwest Austin will feature three- and four-bedroom townhomes ranging from 1,457 to 2,060 square feet. Homes will include attached two-car garages with EV-charging stations, landscaped courtyards and select den layouts and select live/work homes. First move-ins are anticipated for February 2027.
