Mill Creek Residential is adding to its North Texas portfolio with Amavi Celina, the company’s first single-family rental community in the state. The community is situated in Celina—about 40 miles north of Downtown Dallas—and features 271 single-family homes.
Amavi Celina spans 45 acres and offers a mix of cottages, townhomes and single-family detached homes. First move-ins are anticipated for fall 2023.

The single-family detached home layouts include two stories, four bedrooms, and are an average of 2,200 square feet.
Home interiors include a variety of features and finishes, including stainless steel appliances, wood plank-style flooring, kitchen islands, granite countertops and ceiling fans. The community features a conventional onsite leasing and maintenance team and also offers prospective residents the option to take self-guided tours of the homes. The leasing process is tailored to the prospective resident’s desired experience, including the option for a fully contactless leasing and move-in, all backed by Mill Creek’s Peace of Mind service guarantees.
Situated on the southeast corner of Choate Parkway and Coit Road, Amavi Celina is approximately one mile east of Preston Road with quick access to the Dallas North Tollway, Highway 380 and several major employment centers. The site is less than one mile south of the new Collin County Outer Loop, which will further connect the Dallas North Tollway with key arteries U.S. 75 and State Highway 121.
The community is amidst the Celina independent school district, which recently was A-rated by the Texas Education Agency. Celina also recently surpassed nearby Frisco as the fastest-growing city in North Texas.
