Mill Creek Residential is adding to its Charlotte-area portfolio with the development of its first single-family rental community, Amavi Coddle Creek, located in Mooresville, North Carolina.
Amavi Coddle Creek spans 68 acres and offers a mix of 239 single-family homes, including spacious three- and four-bedroom low-maintenance townhomes and duets, with an average square footage of 1,593. Mill Creek is developing the first two phases for the three-phase master-planned development, with first move-ins anticipated for summer 2023.
