Mill Creek Residential is expanding its single-family, build-to-rent brand to Colorado with the development of Amavi Thornton, a 162-townhome community in the northern Denver metropolitan area.

Amavi Thornton, which sits approximately 15 miles north of Downtown Denver and a short drive east of Interstate 25, features two-, three- and four-bedroom townhomes with an average size of 1,727 square feet and private attached garages. First move-ins are anticipated for spring 2027.

Situated at 1900 Eastlake Avenue, Amavi Thornton easily connects to key thoroughfares I-25, I-76, I-70 and U.S. 36, which provide prime connectivity to the greater metro area. The RTD N-Line and Eastlake &124th transit station provide additional commuter options.
