Mill Creek sold Avenue H Apartments, a 208-home community with five stories over podium product in March, 2016. The community has 2.5 levels of parking of which 1.5 levels are subterranean and offer immediate access to the super-popular and affluent Knox Street shopping and restaurant district as well as the Katy Hike and Bike Trail.
