Select homes will offer breakfast bars, separate dining areas, movable kitchen islands, dry bars and mudrooms. Designer bathrooms will feature spa-like soaking tubs, linen closets, frameless glass showers with floor-to-ceiling tile surrounds and tiled floors. Modera at The Hill will be built to, and is pursuing, NGBS Silver Certification.

Situated at 8099 Walnut Hill Lane, Modera at The Hill sits in a commuter-friendly location just off the North Central Expressway (U.S. Route 75). The community is adjacent to the Walnut Hill station, which contains two lines on the DART light rail. and within close proximity of several parks and recreational outlets.
