Mill Creek sold Modera Buckhead in May of 2021. The mixed-use apartment community in the heart of Buckhead Village, featured 399 apartment homes contained within a 21-story high-rise and 21,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
Modera Buckhead offered studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with an average square footage of 934 and some den layouts available. Community amenities included two eighth-floor courtyards, sky lounge, rooftop terrace, dog park, two swimming pools, club-inspired fitness center, yoga studio, and an above-and-below-grade parking deck. Residents enjoyed views of surrounding Buckhead Village, Buckhead Financial District to the north and Midtown to the south.
