Controlled-access parking and additional storage options are also available. Modera Chandler will be built to, and is pursuing, an NGBS Bronze Certification.

Arizona Avenue and just south of E Queen Creek Road, Modera Chandler is within is within walking distance of several new retail outlets and within a short commute of key thoroughfare Loop 202. The Loop connects to the city’s southern and eastern regions and serves as a gateway to the greater metro area.
