Mill Creek Residential sold Modera Domain in May of 2022. Modera Domain was a luxury apartment community in Austin, located in The Domain district of the city’s North Burnet neighborhood. The Domain was considered Austin’s “second downtown” and featured an abundance of contemporary office, retail and residential space.

Modera Domain, which offered 354 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with an average square footage of 848, was within a five-minute walk of the Metro Rail Red Line.

Apartment interiors at Modera Domain included two distinctive finishes, a smart-home package by Stratis and a variety of luxe features. The homes also included stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom 42-inch cabinetry, under-cabinet lighting, tile backsplashes, upgraded fixtures, in-home washers and dryers, and luxurious baths with back-lit mirrors, designer tile surrounds and under-mount sinks.
