Mill Creek sold Modera First Hill in September of 2020.  Located in the heart of Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood, at the intersection of Yesler Way and Boren Avenue South as part of the Yesler Terrace Master Plan area, the pet-friendly, Built Green 4-Star community featured 288 apartment homes in a seven-story building above two levels of subterranean parking.

Modera First Hill offered studio, one- and two-bedroom homes ranging in square footage from 477 to 1,059 with den layouts available. Community amenities included a rooftop deck with barbeques, club-quality fitness center and yoga studio, dog run area, pet grooming station, dining and lounge areas, media room/game lounge, conference room, multiple outdoor courtyard areas and clubroom. Residents also had access to dedicated bike storage, automated package lockers, and controlled-access parking.

Apartment interiors included energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, roller shades, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the homes. Select homes had patios or full balconies, some with views of Mt. Rainier.
