Mill Creek sold Modera Gendale in April of 2025. Modera Glendale was ideally situated at the gateway of the City of Glendale just 10 miles north of Downtown Los Angeles between Burbank and Pasadena. The third-largest city in LA County, Glendale was home to nearly 250,000 people and a daytime working population of 80,000. Residents of the area also enjoyed easy access to other large commercial business districts including Downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena and Burbank.
Modera Glendale was exceptionally well-located in Glendale, with excellent freeway access and visibility from the Ventura Freeway. It was accessed from the 134 Ventura Freeway that served the adjacent commercial business district, including Glendale Galleria Mall, and the new high-end Americana at Brand Mall. The Galleria and Americana malls were anchored by many top retailers including Nordstrom, Macy’s, Tiffany’s, Abercrombie & Fitch, Apple, Ann Taylor, Target and Pacific Theaters.
The community included a large resort-like pool/spa/cabana/barbecue area courtyard and two smaller attached intimate courtyards. A dramatic two-story lobby, clubhouse/leasing lobby, leasing center, fitness center, yoga room, multipurpose clubhouse with a gourmet kitchen area and internet café were also included. Two penthouse floor observation decks were added for residents to enjoy great mountain and city views.
Modera Glendale offered 235 open one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with penthouse, loft, and den layouts available.
