Mill Creek sold Modera Near the Galleria in October of 2018. Modera Near the Galleria featured 321 luxury apartment homes and was next door to the Galleria Dallas, a nationally acclaimed destination mall home to many prominent national retailers. Macy’s, Nordstrom, Tiffany & Co., Gucci, Ann Taylor and Pottery Barn were just a few of the name brands found in the 3.7 million square feet of retail, office and hotel space. Also within minutes of the community were the Preston Valley Shopping Center, Target and the T Bar M Racquet Club.
