Mill Creek sold Modera Prominence in December of 2021. Mill Creek Residential expanded in Atlanta with the development of Modera Prominence, a luxury mixed-use apartment community, which was located at the intersection of Piedmont Road NE and Lenox Road NE and featured 319 apartment homes and 21,000 square feet of retail.

Modera Prominence included studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with den and loft layouts available. Community amenities included a 24-hour membership-quality fitness center with yoga and spin studio, a second story outdoor pool with cabanas and a sixth-floor sky lounge with social hangout areas and coworking space. Residents also hada access to controlled-access garage parking, convenient bike lounge, loaner bikes, pet spa and self-serve package lockers.

Apartment interiors featured 9-foot ceilings, wood plank-style flooring, stainless-steel appliances, Energy Star® appliances, Corian/silestone countertops, 42-inch custom cabinetry, programmable thermostats, soaking tubs, tile surrounds and in-home stackable washers and dryers. Select homes included private patios or balconies, upgraded fixtures and cabinet pulls, double vanities, king-sized bedrooms, pass-through closets and linen closets.
