Mill Creek sold Modera Redmond in December of 2024. Modera Redmond consisted of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with den and loft layouts. Community amenities included  club-quality fitness center, rooftop deck with views of Mount Rainier, two outdoor courtyards with fire pits and barbeque grills, a second-story clubhouse with demonstration kitchen, pool table, fireplace, shuffleboard, a theater/game room, controlled access garage parking, self-serve package lockers, conference room, and a coffee bar.

Apartment interiors were equipped with wood plank-style hardwood flooring, stainless steel/slate Energy Star^® appliances, gas ranges in all homes, air conditioning in select homes, solid quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, nine- to ten-foot ceilings, key fob entry system, USB ports, built-in storage and shelving and full-size washers and dryers. Select homes offered a breakfast bar, large closets, ceiling fans and a private balcony or patio with city, mountain and green space views. Residents also had access to additional storage and bike lockers.

Situated at 8709 161st Ave NE, Modera Redmond was ideally positioned in a commuter-friendly part of Seattle, which was home to major employers such as Microsoft, Amazon and Boeing. A five-minute drive to Route 520 linked Redmond to downtown Seattle and the neighboring suburb of Bellevue, and also connects to major thoroughfares Interstate 405 and 90. Multiple transit options were within a three-block radius, including the Redmond Transit Center, allowing easy travel by bus or train around the Seattle metro area.

Many retail, dining and entertainment options could be found at the Redmond Town Center, Bella Bottega Mall and Bellevue Square. For outdoors enthusiasts, the Sammamish Lake/River and Marymoor Park were nearby, along with the Redmond Central Park, Redmond Farmers Market and Bellevue Botanical Garden.
