Mill Creek sold Modera Sandy Springs in June of 2021. The Atlanta based community debuted as a new mixed use apartment community in the evolving, culturally rich Atlanta neighborhood of Sandy Springs, just minutes away from Buckhead. Located across from the forthcoming City Springs community-centric district, Sandy Springs featured 340 apartment homes situated in a 5-6 story wood frame apartment building with 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, surrounded by three courtyards and an above-grade parking structure.
