Mill Creek Residential continues to increase its Miami presence with the development of Modera Skylar Phase II, which joins the original Modera Skylar community in the River District of Downtown Miami. Mill Creek acquired the original Modera Skylar, formerly named The Modern Miami, in Nov. 2018.

Modera Skylar Phase II addS 97 apartment homes to the original Modera Skylar’s 166, for a combined total of 263 homes.

A high-rise like its predecessor, the community will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom homes, with den layouts available. Community amenities are similar to those of the original building, including a clubhouse with a lounge area and TVs, community-wide WiFi, an expansive rooftop deck featuring a redesigned pool, hot tub, and an outdoor entertainment area with grills and picnic tables. Phase II also includes a two-story fitness center and resident lobby area.
