Mill Creek sold Modera Tempo in October of 2021. Modera Tempo offered 492 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes in the heart of Alexandria, Virginia.

Modera Tempo was a transit-friendly, mixed-use apartment community situated in Alexandria’s west end, providing excellent access to I-395 and I-495 and the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, including Crystal City, Rosslyn, Ballston, and historic Old Town Alexandria. In addition, the community was less than a half-mile from the Van Dorn Metrorail station. Directly adjacent to the community is the successful Cameron Station, an established master-planned community of more than 2,000 single-family homes and condominiums.

Modera Tempo’s ‘inside the beltway’ location provided unparalleled access to key employers, shopping and entertainment districts, and boasted an incredible amenities package. Additionally, the community provided for 15,000 square feet of retail space.

What’s more, Modera Tempo offered a building comprising only upgraded homes. Called Vivant at Modera Tempo, these apartment homes offered upgraded fixtures, quartz counters, custom cabinets, upgraded flooring, and other luxurious finishes.
