Mill Creek sold Modera West LA in July of 2022. Modera West LA offered studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging in square footage from 492 to 1,506. Community amenities included a club-quality fitness center, yoga/pilates studio, resort-inspired pool, rooftop deck, barbecue area, self-serve package lockers, loaner bicycles, clubhouse, game room, and a business center with a conference room and cyber cafe. Apartment interiors were equipped with stainless steel appliances, wood-plank flooring, quartz countertops, custom 42-inch cabinetry, updated plumbing/lighting fixtures and full-size washers and dryers.

In addition, the community site received a solid 72 rating by Walk Score (meaning very walkable), with numerous grocery stores within one or two miles. Included were Trader Joe’s, Kroger, Whole Foods and CVS. Professional employment opportunities were footsteps away at The Promenade at Howard Hughes Center, which was home to Univision, Heavy Iron Studios, Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic and Pepperdine University.
