Mill Creek sold Sola Uptown River Oaks in August of 2018. Sola Uptown River Oaks, a 317-apartment luxury mid-rise consisted of five stories of residential homes, was located inside Loop 610 between the exclusive residential neighborhood of River Oaks and the upscale Uptown/Galleria area.
