Alex Williams serves as Vice President of Development for Mill Creek Residential’s Nashville office. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the development process including economic analysis, land acquisition, due diligence, design, entitlements, financing, and dispositions.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Williams was a Development Analyst with Saturday Properties in Minneapolis, Minnesota. At Saturday, he assisted with the firm’s multifamily development and property management efforts, including underwriting of the firm’s market rate, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and Historic Tax Credit (HTC) development opportunities across the Twin Cities.

Mr. Williams graduated from the University of St. Thomas (MN) with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. He also received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Iowa and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University.
