Alex Bettius serves as Executive Managing Director of Capital Markets for Mill Creek Residential and is a member of the Investment Committee and Audit and Administrative Committee. Ms. Bettius is responsible for the oversight of the Capital Markets transaction teams nationwide, managing all debt and equity executions.

Ms. Bettius joined Mill Creek in August 2016. Prior to joining Mill Creek, she served as a Senior Vice President at Cardinal Bank, where she specialized in non-owner-occupied commercial and residential real estate secured transactions, including acquisition, development, construction and permanent lending. In addition to originating and structuring new loans, Ms. Bettius was responsible for the management of her own portfolio.

Ms. Bettius received her Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College and her Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from George Mason University. She sits on the Board of Trustees for Flint Hill School in Vienna, Va.
