Alex Bettius serves as Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets and Finance for Mill Creek Residential and is a member of the Audit and Administrative Committee.  Ms. Bettius is responsible for sourcing and managing capital for Mill Creek’s Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Southeast regions.

Ms. Bettius joined Mill Creek in August, 2016.  Prior to joining Mill Creek, Ms. Bettius served as a Senior Vice President at Cardinal Bank where she specialized in non-owner occupied commercial and residential real estate secured transactions, including acquisition, development, construction and permanent lending. In addition to originating and structuring new loans, Ms. Bettius was responsible for the management of her own portfolio.

Ms. Bettius received her Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College, and her Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from George Mason University.
