Amy Horn serves as Vice President of Property Management and is responsible for all operations for Mill Creek Residential’s single-family rental portfolio. She is dedicated to driving innovation and enhancing resident satisfaction with more than twenty-five years of property management experience. Before joining the Single-Family Rental team, she served as Regional Manager for Mill Creek’s multifamily portfolio since 2017. In the role of Regional Manager, she was responsible for the operations of more than 2,500 apartment homes in South Florida including lease-up, stabilized and value add communities. Ms. Horn has collaborated with Development, Construction, Asset Management, and Renovation teams to deliver products that have performed at the top of the market. She has participated in underwriting for new developments, acquisitions, and dispositions. She has previously served on the Construction Handoff/ Transition Committee and currently serves on the Policy and Procedure Committee for Mill Creek.

Ms. Horn began her Multifamily career in 1998 in Michigan. In 2007 she joined Associated Estates Realty Corporation and relocated to South Florida in 2010. Ms. Horn served as Regional Manager in Northern, Central, and Southeast Florida at Fairfield Residential before joining Mill Creek Residential.
