Anand Boscha serves as Vice President of Development for the greater Boston area and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, due diligence, design, entitlements, financing, construction, and stabilization of Mill Creek communities.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Boscha was a Development Associate with Cronin Development, where he was involved the development and construction process for the St. Regis Residences, Boston. Mr. Boscha started his career as a civil engineer, working on nuclear power, dam, and tunneling projects around the world.

Mr. Boscha holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, a Masters of Engineering Management from Dartmouth College, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management.
