Andrea Rowe serves as the Senior Managing Director of Development for Mill Creek Residential, overseeing the Florida division. Her responsibilities include leading the investment strategy as well as directly overseeing all aspects of the development process, from site acquisition through design, entitlements, financing, construction, and asset disposition throughout the state of Florida.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Ms. Rowe worked as an affordable housing developer, overseeing the site acquisition, financing, and construction of LIHTC-financed affordable housing developments throughout Florida and Connecticut.

Since 2004, Andrea has developed over 8,500 apartment homes and over $2 billion worth of residential real estate. Her experience includes multifamily new construction and rehabilitation, historic preservation, mixed-use development, and asset repositioning.

Ms. Rowe received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
