Artem Pobiyakho serves as Vice President of Development in Los Angeles. His responsibilities include directing all aspects of the development process, from site acquisition through entitlements, design, permitting, construction and stabilization of Mill Creek communities.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Pobiyakho worked on the Development and Acquisitions team at Cypress Equity Investments, where he led development efforts for multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout Southern California. Prior to joining Cypress Equity Investments Mr. Pobiyakho was a part of the Development and Acquisitions team at Holland Partner Group where he contributed to several large development projects in the urban core of Los Angeles.

Mr. Pobiyakho holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
