Austin Bradley serves as Vice President of Capital Markets for Mill Creek Residential and is responsible for sourcing and managing capital with a focus on construction debt for development communities in Mill Creek’s California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Utah, and Pacific Northwest regions.

Mr. Bradley joined Mill Creek in March 2023. Before joining Mill Creek, he served as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, where he was responsible for managing commercial real estate banking relationships and originating financing for multifamily and mixed-use projects. Prior to JPMorgan, he held a series of credit roles at CIT Bank, where he was responsible for underwriting commercial real estate loans for a variety of asset classes, including industrial, office, hospitality, retail and mixed-use.

Mr. Bradley received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University.
